Too much stuff - not enough space!

Just over a week until our anticipated departure date!  Shopping for seven days is a challenge, but shopping for seven months is mind-boggling!  Friends who have done the Loop keep reminding us that we are not entering the wilderness - there will be shopping opportunities, and more importantly, eating out opportunities all along the way. 



Introducing the crew

We are Mark and Bev MacMahon of Punta Gorda, FL and we are the proud owners of Calypso, an American Tug 34.  After several trips up and down the ICW from Norfolk, VA to Punta Gorda, FL (with side trips to the Florida Keys), we are less than 3 weeks away from embarking on our Great Loop adventure.  Lots of chores remain to be completed before we cast off the dock lines, but we will be ready!
